Making Meaning Podcast

14 April 2022

Ruth Singer explores the meaning behind what we make.

Ruth is an artist & maker exploring personal and collective narratives through textiles. She creates work for exhibitions, commissions and projects as well as writing books, and supporting other creatives through her mentoring and consultancy / research work.

The Making Meaning Podcast launched in 2021 with a series of conversations about what matters to artists and how they choose to share their thoughts through their creative practice.

In spring 2022 I was delighted to be a guest in Series Two.

Listen at ruthsinger.com, or via your favourite podcast location.

The conversation continued on Instagram Live on 21 April (the sound issue is resolved at 5.08).

Beyond Edges presented the work of three women artists living and working in North Antrim, an area of open hills and dramatic coastlines perched at the northern edge of Ireland.
