I hope you will be delighted with your choice, but if you wish to return something, you can do so for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
This can be for a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, including the gift box (if applicable), so please open it carefully.
Once your return is received and checked I will email to let you know it has arrived.
I will tell you if there’s any reason to decline a refund.
Otherwise, your refund will be processed (within 5 working days) and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
This will usually happen on the day your item arrives, but I am just one person, and a 5 day maximum timeframe allows for other commitments that might apply at the time.
The amount refunded will be the price of the item, and will not include the cost incurred by sending it to you.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
Please check your account carefully as it may take some time before it is credited.

If you wish to exchange something, please email me in the first instance, so the item you wish to exchange it for can be reserved for you.
Please use the original packing, including the gift box if applicable.

Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item.
I use a tracked service to send items out, and would ask that you also do this, as I can’t guarantee that your item will arrive safely.
